We’re so grateful for your incredible support this past year, especially throughout the holiday season.
Just a friendly reminder — if you need to make an exchange from your holiday purchases, you have until January 31st to do so.
If you can’t make it into the shop or need a little extra time to send your item(s) back, simply reach out! We’ll do our very best to accommodate your needs. You can contact us anytime at customerservice@illburyandgoose.com.
Please keep in mind:
- Regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.
- Sale, flash sale, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
If the item you’d like to exchange is out of stock (we’re sorry in advance!), we’ll happily offer a store credit for you to choose something else you’ll love.
For orders, we’ll track the purchase using the email or name from the initial purchase
