We are trying our very best to make sure you all can #StayCozy & enjoy all of your favourite I+G products while we make adjustments to keep all of our families safe!
1. Free shipping for orders over $50 by using discount code: FREECANADA (please note delivery times may be affected while Canada Post deals with an increase in packages!)
2. Front Door Pick Up! This FREE service is available at our 884 Dundas Street, Storefront location, Tuesday-Saturday from 1PM-4PM. Simply come on up & find your name in the black bins at the front door.
3. Exchanges! Right now we can process exchanges by 2 easy options:
- email: customerservice@illburyandgoose.com to let us know you wish to exchange an item or receive store-credit.
- Option 1 - we can issue you a FREE return shipping label so that you can ship your item back to us & we can ship out the exchange OR
- Option 2 - similar to the "Front Door Pick Up" process, we can process your exchange when you come by to return your original item.
